About Me.

Thank you for being curious about me.

Quite early on, I knew that I wanted to help others grow. People often described me as a good listener, an empath with a calm presence. However, when studying psychology, I realised I didn't want to treat people as numbers or labels they had been given. This deeply humanistic outlook eventually led me to become a therapist.

Since then, I have been refining my approach, moving beyond theory by attending experiential courses and specialised training. I believe therapy is a living practice, and I am committed to evolving alongside the field.

I know this journey isn't easy because I've walked it too. I struggled with anxiety for many years; I was stuck in people-pleasing and genuinely believed I had to be a certain way to be accepted. Just as the Greek aphorism "Know thyself" says, I had to embark on my journey of self-discovery (which, honestly, is still ongoing!) to understand the work and insights I offer you now.

As a dedicated counselor, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world. My focus is always on empowering you to cultivate greater self-awareness, build resilience, and discover your own meaning.
