I’m Jana, an integrative counsellor who combines talking therapy with nervous system awareness and somatic (body-based) insights.

​

I provide a non-judgemental space where you can gently explore your thoughts and feelings. 

​

I believe in working collaboratively to help you make sense of your experience. In this shared space, we can assess your goals and formulate tools to help you move from "stuck" to empowered. This is more than therapy; it’s a journey toward radical self-love and the confidence to honour your own truth.

Why holistic & integrative?

Integrative guidance helps you find out why you're stuck and how to get out by addressing the patterns in your nervous system, not just your thoughts.
 

 Together, we’ll uncover the patterns your body still carries and the beliefs your mind still repeats. These probably kept you safe in the past, but they likely no longer serve you now.

 

This is a collaborative journey where our relationship becomes the bridge between who you were told to be and who you actually are and want to be.

 

By combining traditional humanistic counselling with nervous system awareness and somatic (body-based) insights, we can work on the patterns from within.

 

Patterns can be changed and cycles broken.

 

Through embodiment, we can formulate alternative strategies that are healthy, sustainable and most importantly aligned with you.

To initiate change, it’s essential to identify the limiting beliefs and stories that hold you back. We will look into your history to understand how these were formed. By understanding the barriers they create, we can focus on creating a narrative that aligns with the life you want to live.

The Body pillar focuses on using somatic tools to identify where stuckness and stress live in your body. You will learn to recognise and work with physical sensations in relation to your mind. This connection is essential in guiding your transformation.
