I’m Jana, an integrative counsellor who combines talking therapy with nervous system awareness and somatic (body-based) insights.

Why holistic & integrative?
Integrative guidance helps you find out why you're stuck and how to get out by addressing the patterns in your nervous system, not just your thoughts.
Together, we’ll uncover the patterns your body still carries and the beliefs your mind still repeats. These probably kept you safe in the past, but they likely no longer serve you now.
This is a collaborative journey where our relationship becomes the bridge between who you were told to be and who you actually are and want to be.
By combining traditional humanistic counselling with nervous system awareness and somatic (body-based) insights, we can work on the patterns from within.
Patterns can be changed and cycles broken.

The Body pillar focuses on using somatic tools to identify where stuckness and stress live in your body. You will learn to recognise and work with physical sensations in relation to your mind. This connection is essential in guiding your transformation.

Daily Agency involves practical steps that empower you to honour your truth. By consciously making choices aligned with your values, you cultivate the life you want to live. This pillar encourages you to embrace your unique journey and take ownership of your decisions every day.
